Terms of Service
These terms govern customer use of the FulfilHire recruitment automation service.

FulfilHire provides software for job intake, candidate management, matching, screening assistance, communications, scheduling, fulfilment tracking and related analytics.
Permitted use
Customers must use the service only for lawful recruitment, with valid authority and candidate consent where required. Scraping, unauthorised credential sharing, discriminatory automation, harassment and unlawful calling are prohibited.
Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for job accuracy, candidate data rights, employment decisions, legally required notices, recruiter approvals and country-specific compliance.
AI limitations
AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. They are decision support, not guarantees of candidate suitability, identity, employment history or future performance. Human review remains required for consequential decisions.
Credits and third-party services
Usage may consume credits. Telephony, messaging, AI and payment services depend on third-party providers and local availability. International rates and provider limits may vary.
Availability
FulfilHire aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, provider failures, regulation and force-majeure events may affect availability.
Account suspension
Accounts may be restricted for non-payment, abuse, security risk, unlawful use or material breach. Customers remain responsible for charges incurred before suspension.
